HSC - hemispherical cone shaped tip


   
Due to the defined hemispherical tip shape, the ideal application is material characterization by nanoindentation (e.g.  bio-medical materials, polymeres, .. ). 


These tips are coated with metal carbide or silicon nitride.
Hydrophobic carbon coatings are also available.

The tips can be shipped with SEM images.

0.1 -1000 N/m
