Frequency Measurement
The frequency measurement package includes the following:
- Table with measured cantilever dimensions and measured Power Density Spectra and Quality factor
- Calculated stiffness using Sader's Methode
- For each probe a datafile with the measurement data as a *.txt-file and a screenshot from the vibrometer showing the resonance curve.
Frequency measurements are made with a laser vibrometer. Please note if you need the Amplitude Spectra instead of the Power Density Spectra.
Please order one package for each box of AFM - probes.
