Team Nanotec is a privately owned company founded in 1997 as an IBM Germany spin-off. We provide manufacturing, research and development services for Nano and MEMS components covering various applications. Our customers are top level semiconductor factories, equipment makers, as well as R&D labs and universities.

 

Rapid prototyping and versatility are our key strengths during development. Naturally we also provide long term manufacturing of components in accordance with customers specifications in our ISO 9001 qualified manufacturing facility.

 

Core competences

Development and manufacturing of high precision silicon based components e.g. for electron beam systems, scanning probe microscopy and electrical contacting of semiconductor devices. A selection of typical applications include:
 

• AFM probes and characterizers
• Beam shaping apertures for lithographic, imaging and analytical applications
• Calibration standards
• MEMS probe cards

 

Team Nanotec's aim is to establish long term partnerships with customers, supplying them with high quality products and development services.
 

 

Our headquarters and manufacturing facility with access to more than 600 square meters of class 10 to 100 cleanroom, with state-of-the-art equipment, is located at Hahn-Schickard in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany.
